The Mesón El Monasterio in Los Realejos is an old monks manor adapted to toutistic needs. Located on the north edge of a small cone hill in Orotava valley, one has a fantastic view of the valley and the Barrancos of the Esperanza forest.

A small path runs along the area and continues up the hill, where a small chapel stands. In the lower Monasterio area various restaurants standing close together and offering the opportunity for an extensive meal.
