On the slopes of the Anaga mountains, on the north coast of Tenerife, is located the Roque de las Bodegas. Below the village Taganana the Playa de San Roque, a real black sand beach, invites to bathing.

A lookout walkabout which is carved towards the ocean in the tor, offering an unusual view on this wonderfully varied coast. A hot tip is the small restaurant on the shore, offering fresh fish in great quantities.
