In the south-west of the island near Fasnia is located the small fishing village Playa Los Roques, with its houses built in the cliffs.

In an protected bay is a small beach with rough pebbles and a small chapel. From here a tunnel leads through the rock to a large apartment complex next to the actual Playa Los Roques - also due to the large pebbles generally less comfortable for swimming.
