Los Abrigos is located in the south of Tenerife between El Médano and the Costa del Silencio.
The small fishing village is known for its numerous small restaurants, which are particularly famous for their freshly caught seafood and fish specialties.

West of Los Abrigos a 27-hole golf course and some hotels are located. But since there is no beach, the place is not overrun by tourists, and could still obtain an original flair.

Every Tuesday between 6 and 10 p.m. takes place a night-time market at the plaza "Mercadillo de los Abrigos".
