The municipal Adeje is in the southwest of the Canary island Tenerife
and got its name from the largest city Adeje.
The coast areas are united under the name Costa Adeje.
Together with the neighbour municipal Arona the tourist centers
Los Cristianos and Playa de las Américas at the southcoast of Tenerife
are administrated as well.
