The small fishing village is located south of Puerto de Santiago at the west coast, offering original atmosphere without the trubel of the nearby tourist centers.

The main plaza lined with laurel trees is the traditional centre of the village. It is the meeting place of the local inhabitants, whose life is still determined by fishing. Along the impressing lava coast one can relax in small bays with idyllic sand beaches.
